Dawn Owen NLP Personal & Business Coach

A successful business owner, with years of experience in business development, coaching and networking, Dawn loves to help and inspire others to achieve their version of success in business and life.
She grew a business from a cold start to six figures in under a year, using the very same techniques she now shares with business leaders and wants to help you to create a Business and Life that you love.
As someone who has faced the challenges of running businesses both small and large, she knows that it can be very hard work, but also believes that it can be fun! Dawn will show you how to build a business that supports the life you want to build; not drains it!!
She wants to work with people who are looking to live their ‘Best Life’ now, and who know that only by developing themselves first, can they truly develop their business.
When she’s not coaching clients, Dawn can usually be found either shopping for shoes and bags, murdering tunes in Kitchen Karaoke, watching Moto GP (Valentino Rossi is her favourite rider), or just chilling out with family and friends, and a bottle of Fizz!

Chris Puddy NLP Personal & Business Coach

Chris joined the Police in 2003. Chris spent his career in a number of different roles, rising to the rank of Detective Inspector, before being medically retired following a near fatal motorcycle accident that resulted in a severe Traumatic Brain Injury and Complex PTSD and multiple orthopedic injuries.
Chris spent his early career in uniform policing roles. The highlight of Chris’s career was as a Police Motorcycle Escort Rider when he was part of the Olympic Torch Relay Team in London 2012.
Following his accident Chris was no longer able to perform uniformed Policing roles, so he retrained as a detective undertaking a number of different roles. Despite his injuries Chris pushed himself to get promoted to the rank of a DI. Sadly, the effect of Chris’s injuries ultimately led to being medically retired.
As a detail’s person, Chris employs the skills developed through many years in Policing to the way in which he coaches his clients. Acutely aware of how the mind and body are connected, Chris takes a holistic approach, combining his experience as an NLP Master Coach, Business Coach and Personal Trainer to focus upon the mind, the body and career.
Chris is an NLP Master Coach, Business coach, and holds many different Personal Training qualifications. As a Police officer Chris was a TRiM Assessor, a Mental Health Champion, Health and Wellbeing Champion and sat on the Health and Wellbeing Board.
Having experienced first-hand the impact that Trauma, PTSD, Mental Health and Brain Injury has had on our protectors, Chris is committed to protect our protectors by equipping them with the skills to thrive, rather than just survive.
Chris has two children; he loves being active and getting outside. Chris loves exploring nature, getting out on his mountain bike and finding hidden gems in the form of the quaint country pub!
