When you feel relaxed and healthy, your mindset is one of positivity and increased energy.
Experience coaching in one of several beautiful rural locations that allow you to decompress for a few days and take a break from daily life.
We complete a 'Wellbeing Assessment' with you before you arrive which gives us a measure of where you are at and identifies a goal for improvement.
You will gain new skills and knowledge to upgrade your emotional and mental health, and wellbeing.
We use group sessions to increase connection and remove feelings of isolation (a destructive by-product of stress).
Our outdoor activities focus on personal achievement, mindfulness and rewarding personal challenge.
There are no hidden charges, what you pay covers the whole retreat.
You certainly won't go hungry or thirsty! Accommodation, food and refreshments are included during your stay.
A few weeks after you leave the retreat, we will check in with you again to guage your progress and celebrate how far you’ve come.
What does that mean? It means you will leave us an upgraded version of you, with increased mental and emotional wellbeing and improved personal resilience.

We are a growing company that serves you better. So we have developed a 'Prevent Strategy' that allows you to take personal control of your health and wellbeing before crisis hits.
We have redesigned our retreat to allow you to decompress for two days and nights, and give you the tools you need to Rest, Recover and Reset.
Our Men's Wellbeing Retreats are available from the end of July 2022 running through the year. The cost is currently £399 +VAT per person.
