How We Work
Your 8 - 10 Business Blueprint Sessions are delivered in small groups online via Zoom and are recorded to ensure that you don't miss the content if you are on shift. We are also available for catch-up sessions too.
The sessions vary in length from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the class.
Generally, we will have fortnightly sessions to begin with; the schedule may change as we continue your ongoing coaching.
In your first session we will introduce you to the course material, and agree how we will participate with each other for the duration of the program. This part is also about having a clear understanding of YOU.
As you work through the program, you will use a printed workbook or electronic version to capture your learning. Each workbook has pages highlighted as being part of your final Referral Marketing Plan which will be built throughout the course before you receive your certification.
We continue to develop your understanding of your Target Market. To teach you to work smarter not harder - not spend every spare hour chasing any and all clients.
We will teach you the key relationships that will help you promote and grow your business.
We share with you the groups of people that can refer business to you (Referral Sources) and how to educate them about your business so they can generate business for you.
You will learn about the activities to do in order to transform relationships into business production.
We work with you to develop activities to motivate your target market and support your referral marketing efforts.
Finally, we will check back on your outcomes with you, to ensure these have been achieved.
